Of course a fetus is human and alive. So are tumors.
I see the fetus as a parasite. It doesn’t have permission to use another person’s organs unless the person who owns those organs has given their permission. Simple.
A fetus is a developing clump of cells and tissue. It has no rights and it is not a person.
